What is the use of this cat? Why should those people be noted here?Manorainjan (talk) 21:35, 3 August 2014 (UTC)

Maybe it is useful to highlight another angle of heavy-handed tactics Wikia use when their not-so-valued editors dissent at some of their less than popular policy changes??? Either way, I think it could serve a purpose. Sean, aka Hoof HeartedAdmin / 'Crattalk2HH 16:26, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
Per Hoof. It is useful in noting Wikia is a bit stricter than other wiki farms. Sweetie Belle (talk) 18:40, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
And what purpose does it serve to 'inform' the publich about: "Charitwo is a former VSTF who is regarded by many as one of the biggest douchebags on the Internet." Manorainjan (talk) 19:35, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
It's a wiki. If you don't like it, fix it. Sweetie Belle (talk) 19:39, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
Yes, it's a wiki. But what is a wiki? Is it a mere collection of random data? A Gordian knot of text strings? Does it serve a purpose? Is it also a community? Or is it a bunch of people who try to find out who wins the next edit war? However, the fact that this is a wiki can be accepted as generally known and is as such not bringing any discussion further. therefore, by saying so, You are not making a point but avoiding to make a point. And I'm much too lazy in order to not like things and clean up after people who continue to create things that are called dirt in my world. I prefer to find out, where the urge to spit around stems from.
One does not need any reason whatsoever in order to create a wiki entry for any wiki not yet mentioned here. And there one can edit all kind of more or less informative data in it, fill forms and templates. We may say a wiki is dead or dormant or so, but we do not call it shitty or useless. We don't argue that nobody ever needed to have such a wiki. We do not insult wikis here. Why would we start insulting people now? There are some entries about more or less renowned wiki people who may or not may have an account here. There You find descriptions of their work and interest. But You don't find insulting remarks about their alleged image in the public. Yes, it is a wiki, not the yellow press. We do not start a war or hunt here, except against those accounts which where created here in order to spam or harass this very wiki. The petty flame- and edit-wars on other wikis are of no concern for us here. This is no court or any upstream instance of a court. The bell You are ringing here is not sweet in any way. So, what do You expect to come out from this? What is Your purpose for bringing the dirt in here? Why would I clean up after You, potentially calling for an edit war? We got some pretty dusty places here, like the Category:Inactive. I would appreciate if You help cleaning the dirt. Manorainjan (talk) 20:24, 5 August 2014 (UTC)
I see your point. Sorry. Sweetie Belle (talk) 20:35, 5 August 2014 (UTC)

Really? Looks like I will not have to clean up after You regarding pages of questionable content about Wikia people. So far the objective part by now. But You missed the point, that I asked You questions regarding Your motivation and that You did not answer any of them. I'm still standing in the dark regarding Your motivation, the subjective part. I find that more interesting and important than the objective part. I'm not so much a friend of does and dont's as it may look like. You can say I criticised Your strategy or actually the results of Your strategy because the later is till not known to me and even less Your motivation. I do not intent to criticise Your motivation if I knew it. I would rather like to help find productive ways to fulfill it. I'm a NVC-fan Manorainjan (talk) 21:03, 5 August 2014 (UTC)

Hi, I know you've been making good progress in getting your cutie mark in wiki editing, but as stated above it's not good to create unsourced attack pages. We don't want to turn into Gabby Gums. Happy crusading and editing! Elassint 6 August 2014
