Scripture Advocate Wiki is the work of Todd Elder through Scripture Advocate Publishing and began on 21 January 2025. It would be similar to wiki sites like CreationWiki and Conservapedia while in opposition to wiki sites like EvoWiki and RationalWiki.
It is about honoring the Creator. It is about helping the people. It is about keeping the covenant. It is about sharing truth ... because a lack of the truths of life and life eternal is the worst kind of poverty.}}
Why Fight for Truth?[edit]
The fight for truth is necessary because honor does not go where it belongs, because injustice occurs, because harm comes to life in many ways under falsehood. Our time, effort, and resources are wasted because falsehood plays on the lusts of the flesh and the weaknesses of the mind. Our faith is under attack by unimaginably destructive and powerful lies, philosophies, and worldviews. The modern world does not know righteousness, purity, and love; instead, it pursues pride and the honoring of self. Defending truth is necessary because it is under attack and the consequences of the loss of truth are too great.
Salvation: The Greatest Truth of All[edit]
The most important and most powerful truth is that our Heavenly Father, Yahveh, sent His Son, Yahshuah, to be our atonement for sin and that every believer has a pardon and eternal life. It is this truth upon which everything hangs in the balance. It is this truth that the world fights so much ... because if it is true, then they are held accountable for their actions, they cannot do what they selfishly want, and ultimately there will be a judgment. If you do not have this truth, then you have nothing.
Pursuing Righteousness[edit]
While we must not forget that we cannot earn salvation by keeping the law, we must remember none-the-less that as members of the Kingdom of Heaven we are expected to obey the laws and commandments given by our King. We must remember that we are leaving this world and it's ways behind as we seek His ways in spirit and truth. We are on the way to our Promised Land. We must honor His word and His covenants with man kind. He is the Creator of life and clearly instructs us in what helps or harms life.
Living Life to the Fullest[edit]
When we realize that the best we can reach is living in the Kingdom of Heaven, then suddenly anything less seems insignificant in comparision. What we find in the Kingdom of Heaven is restoration and peace, blessings and miracles, and rescue from the trivial and unimportant busywork that this world holds so dear. It is a cleansing from all all the dirt, filth, and selfishness that drag us down and make life seem bleak and unappealing. It is recognizing the value of life, both our own and that of each person around us. It is discovering a love that is more powerful than hate, pride, and selfishness.
